I don’t think Manorpark and Whitley have the same posting style. Whitley often writes paragraphs and is good at recalling minute details about the takeover, almost as if he has them filed at home. Manorpark rarely shares more than a sentence and it’s usually just a rallying cry. I do sometimes think Whitley and Keith might be the same man, although Whitley is better with his spelling and grammar than Keith. Maybe he types faster on twitter.

People keep mentioning jail and massive fines but I’m convinced these people are above the law. There is no discussion to be had between the two groups. It’s people who like Keith’s patter and people who don’t. Perhaps just rename the thread ‘Keith’s tweets’, then those who think he’s a bullshit artist can give it a swerve.

As I see it, it's not really about positive vs negative. There is a group of posters who think Caulkin, Kennedy and Keith are liars and there's another group who think they're decent blokes and enjoy discussing what they put out there. I'm actually somewhat pessimistic about the takeover (because we're NUFC) but I do think buyer and seller are pushing for a takeover, I do think Keith is worth listening to and I like the takeover craic. If you think these blokes are bullshitters, why bother coming to this thread? For the people who enjoy the discussion, there's something new every few weeks to chew over, but for the people who don't like Keith and the journos, it's just the same patter on repeat. "He knows nowt" , "It's bullshit", "Just doing it for clicks". It'd be like me dipping into the gardening thread every new page so I could tell them not to kill slugs.

Given the obscene wealth and power of all the players involved in this, I still can't help but think the legal process will be reduced to a mickey mouse front for a massive corrupt power grab. Surely, there's still going to be bribes and bungs and threats and fucking all sorts flying about here. I just can't see a clean and fair court case where everyone involved isn't being tapped up from every side like a swingers party at Alan Pardew's house. Am I too cynical?

Excellent reading those tweets. I have to ask though, since I haven't really seen it answered anywhere, how and what do we get them to disclose? Why would they offer up incriminating emails? Do they get their computers checked off the nonce squad or something?

My guess would be no, as that would mean other clubs losing out on their rightful PL place. However, you'd have to think the compo would be significant.
