  1. They did first half after Bellamy was sent off, however we dominated the second half with ten men, with Solano especially being outstanding (yes the game was already won). Our first sight of Emre in that game also
  2. It's like their comeback of 'we give 10,000 tickets away'. For one it was Ashley, two we were averaging over 46,000 at the time he did it and three they have only beaten that 46,000 average (just) on three occasions within their entire history. No fucker on there who supports us (allegedly anyway), ever states that on the many occasions it's brought up
  3. Nothing wrong in voicing concerns or having opinions away from the match. However, full support should be given to the manager and players at all times when attending games. Doesn't matter who the players or managers are, for 90 minutes within that stadium they are NUFC.
  4. They're already making excusing over RTG because they know they're going to get shown up
  5. Their self proclaimed myth of matching our support will be totally blown out the water that weekend
  6. A new stadium, new training ground and the court cases were always going to take time. I'm not like a little kid wanting his toys though. They have already mentioned that they will be coming out next year and if they don't (they will) then their commitment can start to be discussed. Sponsorship deals will tie in when everything has been clarified with the Man City case. A new training ground was always going to be further down then line and that's why they spent millions updating Benton. The term once in a generation cost has also been stated, but I would imagine would mean training ground, stadium and a stadium for the lasses team (might not either). As for the new stadium I'm quite sure they could have announced an out of town one pretty quickly. However, if they are going down the lines of what the fans want, a new stadium within the city centre, then finding the necessary land and in all probability heated and objective-able discussions concerning building on green land, will take a considerable amount of time. St James is a no go as it's not economically viable with the cost, the big physical limitations, lost revenue and playing elsewhere during building work. Not one person has had any factual information concerning why PIF aren't doing this and that, just pure hyperbole guesswork (I can't be bothered to check, but I'm pretty sure some were not keen on PIF being owners anyway). When we do have factual information, then we can all discuss the rights or wrongs in their decisions.
  7. With respect I couldn't give a toss what your mates say. I'll await the official announcements and then actual discussion based on factual information can then take place. You know that has always been my thought process as I've discussed this with you a few times before
  8. So basically again you're saying you haven't a clue either what is going to happen. Why should the club lay out plans until they are finalised and confirmed. It's a business first and foremost. When the announcements are made, then people can vent their frustration or show their positivity. Opinions are being formed based on fuck all currently. We have had strong suggestions that we will be building a new stadium at a cost of two billion plus in more likelihood. That alone is a massive statement of intent at six times plus the cost the owners bought the club for. All I see when it comes to the owners is speculation based on nothing. Wait for the announcements and then discuss based on factual information.
  9. I don't go on guesswork maybe you should try doing that also. Every company in the world make mistakes or could have done things better. It's the end result what matters.
  10. Because we will be in a situation to then bump sponsorship also, again you're guessing on what the current situation is. We don't know what or what has not been submitted to the premier league already. Training ground they have spent millions updating the current one and I'm quite sure we will hear something with the announcement of the stadium. As for the stadium we will hear the decision pretty soon and if it is Leazes Park, then I'm not surprised that will have took three years to resolve. They had trust with Staveley (as did nearly all of our fans) and made the decision to let her and her husband go due to a combination of the problems occurring and her own company insolvency issues/court cases. Howe and Mitchell I've no doubt will have been told exactly what the situation is. We've been told that announcements will be made in the new year, they will be judged correctly on those at that time. Instead of picking holes based on fuck all, why don't you just wait until those announcements are made. You're just making constant guesses, when you don't have a clue what is actually happening
  11. You're assessing based off nothing though as you haven't a clue what is actually happening. The only thing we have heard of lately is the strong likelihood of a new stadium costing 2 billion or more, that certainly doesn't sound like PIF not being interested. As for the sponsorship, they will be waiting for the Man City APT case to be finally resolved and the tribunal clarification, which is totally the right thing to do.
  12. I'm of the opinion it will be the owners who ultimately decide and I'm quite happy to accept that. Be interesting, as I think they will be definitely be looking for European football come the end of the season. Do they think Howe can bring that? If not do they want to change it before it becomes too late?
  13. Of course it was, there is some right bollocks being spouted on here. The standard of performance and results are nowhere near good enough. It's up to the manager to sort it out, something he does not seem capable of doing presently. 0 shots against the team who were second bottom in the league is not acceptable. This is not a one off, I was fully expecting a response after Monday night, but that today was beyond unacceptable and the manager's comments after the game were quite alarming
  14. The fans opinion means absolutely nothing either way, same as the stadium it will be solely down to what the owners decide
  15. Problem is it might be too late then and we're looking at a total rebuild again. I'm not sure the owners will accept that
  16. Depends who you believe as Mitchell basically refuted what Howe was saying
  17. No it wouldn't I certainly would have been saying that the performance was shit and 0 efforts in 98 minutes against the second bottom team in the table is not good enough
  18. He's under pressure and rightly so, the level of performance never mind the results are not good enough
  19. Another shit performance again. Didn't deserve fuck all out of that game. No shots apart from one own goal is not good enough
