I’m not surprised he had faith in his ability to go to Everton as a club in crisis and turn them around - he managed that very well with us and was a success.

Why wouldn’t he think he can do it again?

No idea why it’s not working though. Injuries aren’t the only cause for the disaster currently on show.

The Board have doubled down on him by removing Brands though. Would expect him to get until at least the New Year based on that.

Didn’t realise Brands replaced Walsh at Everton, assumed he was still there.

Walsh was hit and miss it appears, but not as bad as Brands:

Gueye, Pickford, Keane, Calvert-Lewin all brought in during his period.

But Tosun, Klassen, Sigurdsson and Bolasie also products from his time.

Nailed on to be something dull as fuck like Stoke.

Yup. Were losing 1-0 and they scored in the 95th and 96th minute to win 2-1.

That was the 96th minute winner.

Plus they have that awful stadium which is basically a replica of Southampton but blue.
