Heard so many different rumours on this. Latest one is the clubs have agreed an allocation but policeare pushing back on it. Could be bollocks like, does seem strange it is taking this long.

I was fairly calm before this. Was happy enough to finish 3rd or even go out and take it as a learning experience. Now my nerves are absolutely shredded . 45 minutes away from the CL group stages in a group with PSG, Dortmund and Milan.

I am also. I feel like it is a no lose situation. If we win and Dortmund do us a favour we are in the knockout stages of the Champions League. We win and end up in the Europa I'd have snapped your hands off for that a couple of years ago. Worst case we end up bottom but have had some champions league experience against 3 of Europe's elite (and more than held our own), and less fixtures in the new year.

I wouldn't be gutted if we did end up in the Europa. Fully fit squad and some more players in January and that is one we have a good shout at winning.

Am I right in thinking if we end up in the Europa League it will be another group round rather than a knock out?

His age could be a factor, but also he is probably just knackered. The squad is on the bones of it's arse and lads younger than him look tired. He had a long year last year also with the world cup. Needs resting on Sunday. It was a bit sad to see some of the comments made about him last night from some fans (only some I mean). I know people were emotional, hopefully everyone has calmed down now. The lad always gives 100%. Made a couple of daft mistakes, but it happens. He will be gutted by what happened but he will come back stronger. He will have all the support of Howe, the team and the fans next time he plays.
