I haven't forgotten the arrogance and self-entitlement the Man United fans showed before, during and after the cup final , I hope they lose every single game and Liverpool pip them to 4th.

Seen a few comments on that board saying the rivalry is dead anyway because they will never get close to us again due to the Saudi money , what they seem to forget is the fact they only ever got close to us in the first place because of Ashley .

Plus the fans will be expecting another play off push next season and when it fails will no doubt hound whoever the manager is and get on the players backs.

Plenty of iffy results amongst that, they are obviously a very good team but far from unbeatable and nothing for us to be scared of . Failed to win at Leicester , Palace, Leeds ,Spurs and Forest . Nothing at all in them away results apart from the Arsenal one that suggests we won’t beat them.

No way should anyone be accepting a point now for Thursday , we don’t want to be in a position where we need to go and win at Chelsea and that’s exactly what the scenario will be if we don’t beat Brighton.

Anfield will be bouncing on Saturday if they know a win takes them into the top 4, Villa will struggle to cope with that .

Well after watching that Liverpool game I am 100% confident we will be 4th this time next week whatever happens in the Brighton game . All going to the final day I think .

Looking at this Leicester performance it’s surely impossible we don’t beat them which means we will go into the last game at Chelsea 4th regardless of what other teams do, we will likely need to win it though .

That Leicester team really isn’t bad at all, they shouldn’t be anywhere near the bottom three really . It certainly looks a lot better than that Leeds team we played at the weekend.

Yep completely agree , even though it’s been a brilliant season you get judged on how it ends, so I think finishing 5th now would make it hard to look back on the season with any fondness , it’s the same with the cup final . Would be a massive shame .

No getting away from that fact we’ve had a brilliant season but finishing 5th now after the position we were in a few weeks ago would feel like a massive disappointment.

Starting to think our best chance of top 4 is Unai getting something at Anfield next Saturday.

They are very good but they have also been overrated by many all season long , people genuinely thought they were a danger to us finishing top 4 at one point .

Lost any room for manoeuvre after the last two results , draw be no good now in this if we want top 4, simply have to get 6 points from Brighton and Leicester.

Probably been the most confident poster on this whole board all season about top 4 but starting to think we might have fucked it .
