C. He is a good PL player in a team that isn't challenging the top places and contributes to it. Think he's probably topped out potential-wise but game intelligence / savvy may improve with age even if his physical attributes start to decline. His injury record has been very good for us which is a big boon.

Think we're realising as we march through this exercise that our squad is 2 years past its sell by date outside the top guys. Even having Anderson and Minteh as squad options would look so much better than the aged perma-crocks we're currently harbouring. Fuck PSR.

C although it could be argued he's a B for our team/system with the way he covers the left side and allows room for Gordon (or previously Willock) to stretch teams with his defensive capabilities/covering. Difficult to replace his contribution, a unique player.

It's 100% tied to the way we play, get vertical quickly in transition, means passing lanes aren't always open for players of lesser vision/ability to hit someone. See Burn losing it and looking like a prat or Tino dallying at the weekend. I don't think we want to play it safe, very 90s Denmark (or was it Norway?)...
