Eddie Howe is an unbelievable manager. Still Massively underrated and should be getting way more credit We were dead and buried last year and we finished 11th !! We went on such a good run , and I think from (January to may) the form we were in was the 3rd best in the league? This year he has carried that on with not a huge spend in the summer (as everyone was expecting a lot more) He is hands down the best manager we have had in my lifetime and that includes Bobby Robson and Keegan I say that because he actually coaches the team (Keegan didn’t) He has the team the fittest I have ever seen us , defensively sound , dominating possession , front foot , committed , organised and has build an unbelievable team spirit !! All in 18 months Dont get me wrong Bobby Robson was a fantastic manager and a living legend , Keegan is an icon (player and manager) but in a different way. Howe just goes about his business in a perfect understated way, but deep down you can see he has the steel in his eyes ! Love the bloke and I can see him winning trophies with us in the very best future , his ability to coach and manage will ensure he succeeds.

He is on £500k / £600k a week Non starter in every way - wage to turnover ratio

We aren’t paying Raphinha type wages next season - €240,000 (£210,000) I could see us stretching to £125,000-£140,000 No chance of £200k+ I can see us looking at players under that range (maybe £50m) and £100k and developing !

If we are to compete in the champions league we need better than Murphy / Almiron / Maxi / Gordon All probably good enough if we are playing in the premier league v (mid table / lower league teams) if we want to qualify for champions league every year and also do well in the champions league / Fa cup and caraboa cup we need upgrades. You won’t see any of the top European teams snapping up Almiron or Murphy Maxi - Maybe (on his day) although top clubs probably won’t risk it Gordon - Very young and high ceiling

Maxi won’t be good anywhere else either He can’t play 5 games in a row , never mind 5 good games in a row He is an exceptional individual footballer but he doesn’t score goals , can’t stay fit or stay in form When he’s on fire , he untouchable However that only happens two or three times a season He will no doubt have his good days at another club and will produce some outstanding moments but isn’t consistent enough to play every week at a top club Snap your hand off for 45m

Playing injured and still looks a class act. Missing his bite a bit with tackles (as he looks to be protecting his ankle) Despite this - He is producing some excellent performances in (without reaching the heights late last season) He will kick on again next season Outstanding player. As mentioned by everyone we need to build around Botman , Bruno and Isak

I have to agree It was the loudest I have ever heard in the gallowgate at 3-0 It did go flat a bit for the last 15 mins of the first half as everyone was in utter shock and you could hear everyone talking / chattering !! Second half was more like a training game and again felt a little flat Gallowgate did try and get it going again a few times
