Sorry if I have missed it With the FFP rules changing in August Is the uefa option better or worse for us ?

I was in level 7 west corner , next to away fans There was actually quite a few in our area giving it a go and we got some noise going on a few occasions Like a lot of people say , our ground has terrible acoustics, we could hardly hear the gallowgate at all The game had a lot of moments of pure silence and felt flat Pre game was abysmal, no singing whatsoever lots of people on the gallowgate say it was noisy. City fans were loud at times but again that’s probably because we were right next to them overall it was average (in terms of the atmosphere) however that’s only my perspective from my seat probably decent atmosphere if actually on the pitch in the middle of it all

I agree with this I love all the songs and joining in ,but also love shouting / motivating / pushing the team on Nice to mix it up a bit during the match , to line up with what happening on the pitch

Nothing wrong with the top tier We sang virtually all game , no idea in regards to the lower tier Watched the full game back on tv as soon as I got in , and it sounded quite quiet on tv (muffled) …volume going up n down It didn’t do the atmosphere justice Concourses were quite quiet agreed I would give (Top tier) 8 out of 10 Home atmosphere went flat as Sunderland never got into the game. Enjoyed the full day

Makes no sense to me this one. Imagine if it had of been a local lad (eg Lewis Miley) playing v Manchester United in the caraboa cup and scoring a peach of a volley ? There would be hell on , asking why he isn’t playing ? Or not getting on Hall was outstanding V Manchester United and had the winger in his pocket , also scoring a great goal from left back Yes he hasn’t looked as good in the other games but there was enough to see in that one game to know he has huge potential. i thought he done ok away at Dortmund too and was unlucky to get booked early on. Chelsea fans rate him and the majority of a newcastle fans seem to rate him too. Surely a better option than Ritchie ??

Yes that’s right , Beardsley also had a smashed cheekbone but declared himself fit enough for the bench I was gutted Bazza / Paul Barratt made the bench instead of me Sonny Andersen scored Thierry Henry played

Jamie is my brother and probably no one knows the full story Yes - He did get mixed up with the wrong people and should of went onto do better things , higher up in the game He did recover though and ended up playing professionally for chesterfield and scored some crackers, He had some great years at youth level for England , most notably setting up the winner for Michael own against Brazil / Ronaldinho was playing. I played for Newcastle for 5 years from 94-99, 2 years YTS , 3 years pro Mostly Reserves , I did make the squad for a Uefa cup game v Monaco , but was left out as the 17th man. Biggest Highlight was probably scoring against York reserves , winning 2-1 with John Barnes scoring the other.

Yes super proud ?? Great for Daisy to win such an award and all of it is down to her own hard work. Lots of new signings this season for the Womens team , so lots of competition for places. New formation too ! She’s just turned 18 , So it’s only the beginning with Newcastle, who knows maybe in a few years they can get into the WSL. Unbelievably proud.
