Looked like Beto was out cold before he hit the ground. Hopefully he's fine, just a bit concussed.

Could be talking about Sels after just seeing that Everton goal.

I'm not even sure that midfield is an area we are desperate to do any business in. Bruno Joelinton Tonali Willock Longstaff Anderson Miley I'd be content going into next season with those 7 to fill 3 spots at any given time. Obviously if Miley goes out on loan then we'd need another to come in because I don't think 6 is enough given that Bruno and Joelinton will most likely get 25 yellow cards between them through the year. CB, LB and RW are far more urgent and ofcourse ST as well assuming that Wilson is leaving. That's four positions we need a player for and ideally we need two CBs. So that's five players needed as minimum in the summer without even thinking about another CM added into that.

Shitty behaviour from the Arsenal players there. Lemina obviously in quite a bit of pain holding his back (after being knees full speed by Raya) and they're just stepping over him and fiat bumping Raya. Just go around him, arrogant pricks.

Oh that's a shame. Lucky to have got that really, they've been let off by Wolves lack of teeth up front.
-
Thank fuck for that. Now just need Coventry to beat Man Utd for the laughs and Man City beat them in the final.

Those 3 would be superb. But would Mamardashvili come here to not be certain number 1? If we're spending big on a keeper then Pope has to leave, surely. Arsenal are proof it doesn't work having two competing "number 1s". We'd be better off going for a young keeper who doesn't cost a huge amount who can grow into his own and spend that £40M ish elsewhere.

Targett seems to be crocked. Who knows when he'll be fit and even when he is he's average. Burn is unequivocally better at CB, should only be LB in an emergency. Hall is 18, he's not ready to be first choice. Tino and Trippier are our RBs, they shouldn't be being considered to play any amount of games at LB. We need a LB and the club know it, it's why they're so keen on Lloyd Kelly.

Same could be asked of the grown men and women in the crowd. Must feel good to see all the fans that have called you a cunt all night crying at the end.

Oh no, the poor French...

This has got a hint of that time Heskey smashed into Ferdinand in training and ruled him out of the World Cup. Don't let him anywhere near Bruno, Isak or Gordon for the next month.
-
Botman won't be ready surely. Burn and Schar to continue if we haven't got anyone else in and Hall or Kelly (if he signs) at LB would be better. No sense rushing Botman back AGAIN. Also, Id be swapping Miley on the bench for Anderson, Miley can go out on loan to the championship (assuming Willock is fit and we sign another CM as you've suggested) Almiron needs to sold as it's pretty much our last chance to get big(ish) money for him. Also, no Wilson on that bench so Im guessing you'd get rid and that means we'd need to bring another striker in to cover.

I was shocked to see he's 5ft9. Then even more shocked to see Gordon is 6ft. Could've sworn both of them were the same height and I wouldn't have said it was 6ft.

I look away for 10 minutes and Palmer has a hat trick.

Isaks injury record pre Newcastle is very good though, that's the difference. Wilson's has been awful for a long time now and at multiple clubs. Part of the problem Isak has had was having to play every single game because Wilson was injured (and the style of play). And shock horror their best time last season was when both were fit and could be rotated. That's why Wilson needs to go and whoever we bring in needs to be more reliable.

Great goal and build up by Palmer.

Selling Willock to bring in Barkley is a surprising take. I'm not sure you'll find anyone agreeing with you about that. Before this season Willock has been pretty consistent in the team, this is the worst season he's had for injuries by far. Plus he's 24, he can improve areas of his game and adapt to play with different players. Barkley is 30 now and he'll be coming into his last few years at the top level by next season.

The only chance we have really of qualifying for UCL this season is if 5th spot gets it and Spurs really fuck up. I can see one of those things happening potentially but that 5th spot being UCL is looking very unlikely. It is a shame about the extra UCL spot but hopefully Man City will win the FA Cup and 6th would get us Europa League. Would be hard to swallow to see Man Utd or Chelsea win the FA Cup and get Europa League whilst we finish above them and end up with Conference League.
-
Won't be getting Sesko and Guirassy surely. Once you sign one, the other will be looking at 2 top class strikers being at the club and think better if it. Also, there's no way Howe will want to lose Longstaff. Unless we get a big bid from someone (which won't happen) then he'll be here next season. I agree about Adarabioyo and Kelly though, both of those on a free will do for me and that's CB and LB cover sorted. We still need a "proper" LB I believe though.
-
No thanks to Neco Williams. Dewsbury-Hall would be a good signing though. Depends how much he costs ofcourse, I imagine Leicester would want far to much for him.
-
It's alright, pretty much what I expected. It's not the home kit (or any of the kits) that I was actually excited about when we got Adidas back, it's all the other clothing they do so much better than Castore.
-
I can't believe Sky are interviewing Martinez and Watkins and pretty much every question was about Arsenal. I'd have walked off after that second question about whether they think Arsenal will bounce back? Wtf you asking them for.
-
Spurs next 3 are very tough and then they play City in the penultimate game. They could conceivably win only 2 games before end of the season. Probably will win more than that but it's not unthinkable.
