That'll be Brunos ankle shattered into a million pieces

Is Goodison Park already in the process of being turned into a train station or something. These announcements are getting ridiculous.
-
Gordon seems to be struggling. Definitely not his usual self.
-
19 touches in our box so far from Everton. All headers no doubt.
-
I wish they'd stop showing Dyche every time he fucking claps! Boring the fuck out of me.
-
DCL playing has made this such a more difficult game. He's an exceptional hold up player.
-
Coleman AND Young starting? What's with that? Back 5 or Young on the wing?
-
Right now, yes they all make our bench, that's not really up for debate as out bench is 75% youth players. Diaby and Ramsey would also certainly be in with a shout on starting when everyone is fit, but Moreno I could take or leave, we just aren't that strong at LB currently (albeit Tino is doing excellent there) that's the only reason I'd take him.
-
I'd say 3 of those would get into our squad when we have everyone fit. Diaby, Ramsey and Moreno. Don't need Cash as we have Tripps and Tino and I only put Moreno in there because he's marginally better than what we have in the sqaud at LB. The rest are no better than anything we have.
-
Miggy is certainly due a goal. So is Schar. I'll take them from anywhere though, I think it'll be a tough ask tonight to get ourselves on the scoresheet.
-
Without a doubt if Watkins, McGinn or Luiz get inured for any length of time they will struggle. But ofcourse I imagine alot of people would've said the same about us and Wilson, Isak and Botman.
-
Hard to see the weaknesses in Villa when you watch them, that's the biggest compliment I can pay them. If they get top 4 they absolutely deserve it. I'd much rather they get in there than Man Utd or Spurs.
-
I'm not sure what he is but he's definitely something. If Scotland are going to get out of their Euro group they are going to need him badly. Can see him being their top scorer at the tournament.
-
Imagine the drag on that though. Like playing with a giant bin bag on. No players would choose that now, even keeps don't barely wear long sleeves anymore.
-
Our away record is so bad im not expecting much from this. But then again if Man Utd can get 3 points there then so can we. I'm hoping to see us really go for this, same team again aside from Pope. Spurs is a different story though, can see changes being made for that.

Hypothetical situation. "The year is 2035, the month is July and Newcastle United have just won the Champions League for the first time, beating Liverpool in the final. They've amassed 6 major trophies (including UCL) since the takeover. League Cup - 2024, 2030 FA Cup - 2028, 2034 Premier League - 2034 UCL - 2035 The Club have played their last game ever at St James's Park. The 2035/36 season will be the first to be played at the brand new 80,000 seater Aramco Arena. St James's Park is due to be start being demolished later that year with the Rubens new St James's Hotel taking its place eventually. Manager Eddie Howe has just signed a contract extension until 2042" Would success make up for losing St James's?

Very similar record at Atlanta to Miggy as well. He's just got more assists whereas as Miggy got more goals. I'd argue the MLS has improved since Almiron has played their so perhaps those stats are more impressive. He'd certainly be able to learn to contribute more defensively given his age and I'm sure Howe is capable of seeing whether he's got that ability in him or not before we even consider signing him. £30M (roughly) would be worth the risk I'd say. Takes a good free kick as well, which is always useful.
-
Oshimen is also one who I'd be willing to let Wilson leave to bring him in. Having Isak, Oshimen and a young back up would be perfect. Plus Gordon as 4th choice. Pretty much guaranteed to be a success unlike some other strikers we've been linked with so I wouldn't be as concerned if I meant Wilson would need/want to leave.
-
Probably due one then.
-
My thoughts exactly. No need to rush Botman back whilst we are doing well. Keep him ready and fit for when Schar/Lascelles inevitably get injured sometime around Christmas.
-
2yr extention seems crazy to me at first thought but perhaps it's just about right. He's been phenomenal since Howe came in and his game isn't particularly based on pace or agility so he could stay at this level for another couple of years no doubt.
-
If he's sensible he'll not do any celebrating unless it's a last minute winner or the game is already won (3 or 4 goals up). Not sure it's worth the grief he'd get during the game, don't need anything distracting him or causing him to lose his temper.
-
That was my first thought also. But I don't see an issue with that ultimately if the price and contract length is right. We've signed a few players over 25 since the takeover so I wouldn't say it's the wrong profile really and if he replaces Wilson in the squad next season (maybe) then the age of the front line drops by a few years anyway.
-
Just watched the 16 goals Guirassy has scored this season. Judging from that and that alone he'd be an incredible January signing. No guarantee he continues that scoring form with us though ofcourse. His style of play and technique is VERY similar to Isak though so you can absolutely see why we'd be interested.
-
Wilson is top priority I'd say. We need him back and both him and Isak need to stay fit for the rest of the season to give us the best chance of achieving something.
