They always get a longer lenght with improved wages. Would be shocked if you can find an example of a player that just got a wage boost without an increased lenght on their contract.

We need a striker. We are playing in the CL and the window is closing soon ffs. Strand Larsen would do a lot better job than Gordon as a striker. Might need another if we end up selling Isak, which I dont think is out the picture yet. Still think Liverpool might come in with an offer we would have to think about. Might be a bit to early to be £60m for Strand-Larsen desperate. But it's getting close.

Get the £45m bid in ASAP please.

Beggars can't be choosers. I'll take him regardless of him displaying the same antics as Isak. Doesn't seem to be any other PL proven option around. Even if Isak stays we need someone who can challenge for his place. Maybe Jackson can work along with Isak, but it's not like he has his head screwed on the way we prefer either.

We don't even know what terms Isak demanded in this new contract. If it was double salary and an release clause below £150m I could understand if the club just said no.

Still vital that we get in a replacement for him. Can't rely on him getting his attitude back on track.
