I think the average in time play is a little over 60mins, I don't ever recall seeing 30mins added time. It's the fact the ref can essentially do what the fuck he wants and add time however he feels is appropriate to suit his agenda. Liverpool go on about our time wasting it's took Henderson about 5 mins to come off the field.
