We always were - which is the daftest thing about them. They actually have a decent size hardcore support, and should be happy with that; historically, their average gate is the 11th highest in English football - which means that they should be a solid top flight club. The problem is that their neighbour's is the 5th highest in English football - which means we're a comfortably a bigger club (the difference in aggregate attendance is massive). But that would mean admitting the obvious - so they hide their real attendances and make ridiculous excuses for themselves, despite no-one anywhere giving a shite.

Couldn't give you a write-up on his performance, but he's played there ten times for Forest, scoring 0 goals. Their form for those games was W2D2L6. He was CF for their game vs Brighton where the won 7-0 - he didn't score, though.
-
0 goals in his last 15 appearances at CF might be the reason that Elanga isn't being picked at CF
-
Hard to tell with Osula yet - we might get our money back. To date, he’s well short.
-
Yep - for me, any criticism this summer is about landing targets, the transfer record for actual signings post-takeover has been absolutely first class.

WTF are Liverpool doing? If true, that’s a bizarre move. I trust Isak and his cunt agent are watching with interest.
-
Yes, but that’s the club’s fault more than anything. We might well have the best first team coach in the business - but he can’t (and shouldn’t) be doing everything. Not hiring chancers like Mitchell would be a good start.

Darwin Nunez should be a warning from history re buying young strikers from the Portuguese top flight for mega money I’ve total faith in Howe and his team’s ability to spot a player and coach them, so if they sign him then I’ll back that

The cock never stood a chance

It is more about if the club values the player at that figure. It’s a colossal sum for an unproven young player

I haven’t - now I know what I’ll watch this afternoon

I’ve also got the feeling that it’ll be like a bear pit that night and we’ll beat Liverpool irrespective of the outcome of the Villa game -
Ah, excellent - it sounds crackers but I just think he’ll thrive with everything going on.

If we’ve got a centre forward, I’m going for a 2-1 NUFC win. If we’re without one, I reckon a 1-1. -
Yeah, great stuff. Can’t help but think that Howe will use the summer to create a proper siege mentality with his squad - he’ll turn the negatives to his advantage.
-
No.9s who score goals tend to be reasonably popular around these parts
-
And it’s the original rather than the inferior remix off Tical - these things are important

Champion; a good news story

Yep, I’ve always been in the ‘don’t see it’ re Ekitike. I think there’s every chance that he flops hard.
-
Wissa is more exciting than Ekitike to me - the lad can finish
-
Paying Qatar $1bn because you’ve been stealing from their TV broadcasts is hardly proof of competence, though that’s what got the NUFC purchase done. We were never the ‘heart’ of their project.
-
Wissa wasn’t exactly a million miles away, and playing in a weaker side
-
This is where I am too - standard amateur hour bragging with no follow-up; doesn’t mean that they want out, but it’s the level of competence that could have been expected.
