Cleery seems to have improved a bit since his True Faith days but he still comes across as smug and self satisfied and is fairly irritating. He's like a North Eastern version of Simon from the inbetweeners.

Not sure if serious, but I’ll answer - it’s not for me (the flag and message) but Daz Curry has been following us for years. He just hates Sunderland.

worrying
-
I agree but I’ve sent 2 endings to the club . Neither have been acknowledged.
-
I’m not saying it’s fair but that’s the perception among a lot of seasoned travellers. Anyway keep fighting this and good luck.
-
Thsts all well and good but the game was on the 19th. I think this was reactive when the time to strike was before the game. Still fair play keep pushing mate.

The trust do need to be more vocal and make a stand. Not you @Gregbut you will know fairly or unfairly there are people who think that other members of the board are benefitting from restructuring ticket allocations they have less heart in a fight.

Sorry mate. As I said in an earlier post the club need greater transparency on this imho
-
As I said just anecdotally- I’ve won in every one I entered - must put set for life on tonight! the club need to be (more) transparent about the exact logistics of the ballot and the numbers applying imho
-
I’ve got nothing to bank this up but anecdotally applying with kids seems to lend a greater chance of success. are you applying purely for adult tickets ?
-
it is mate. Same here for “my brother” and my son (someone else will use my ST and the bairn will be happy).

Yes we have whingers at home but generally our support is positive when it's needed. And some of the general trends aren't unique to Newcastle but are symptoms of the gentrification of the game and modern sensibilities imho. Whilst there were some great memories made in the 80s a lot of the matchday experience is best left there.

100% an internet thing.

it’s probably related to your proximity or the clubs we / you’ve played but Athens and Belgrade were decent in my experience. I didn’t go but Palermo was a bit hairy but we only took a few taxis full so easy pickings for the Sicilian heed the baals

that’s YouTube and social media. Always been this way but getting worse. You get good and bad everywhere but over 35 years of watching our team home and away I’ve met 10 times more canny people than wranguns

yeah it’s unbelievable to read some of what’s been posted on here and elsewhere. Not just tonight btw. im not saying Howe or the team are above criticism but howay remember where we were 2 years ago to the day. to anyone whose not experienced this before enjoy it. And if you can go, go. We had already booked up for psg but have decided tonight to drive to Dortmund and booked accommodation in Bochum (ibis) a couple of us have 400 points plus but the other lads will just watch in bars.

Unless your boss is Eddie Howe then tell them the second word is "off"...

Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)

Talking to myself - I said it was Birmingham fans who were acting themselves in Bruges but then found you’d already answered the question! -

sonewhere I know of got caught about 12-18 months ago - £30k fine. It’s a working men’s club so there’s currently some ambiguity on who is liable as the steward / licensee are claiming they didn’t know it was being screened. we had a fundraiser to try and help them pay for the fine with Micky Quinn back in May was a canny night. I know lots of pubs have been warned off - the risks of showing it are getting too big for most against the reward when everyone has iptv and most of our games seem to be legally televised (in the UK) anyway these days .
-
Yeah it's not for me but the masses will like it and I think it will prove popular with ticketless fans. I will stick to propping up the bar in the Bulls

Ginger piss biscuit as he’s known on RTG.
