Can I meant, must of autocorrected but I have edited now.

Like Gordon he can play down the right but his best position is down the left, Leeds only played him down the right as he wasn’t anywhere near as good as Summerville. Now he has left Gnonto is back on the left. He is a decent youngster but nothing special, probably worth £15 million max considering what the other Leeds players went for this summer.

I know we are bad sellers but surely we can find someone to buy a current England international?😂
-
Maybe Longstaff will be moved on in the final week.
-
Maybe if we can’t get rid of one of the right wingers then we convert one to a back up right back instead? Then sell Trippier to fund a new right wing.

Elanga shares a lot of similar attributes with Anthony Gordon, in fact there isn't many things that Gordon is capable of that Elanga isn’t, he just hasn’t put it all together yet consistently but he has age on his side to do that I don’t know what Elanga’s footballing IQ is like which might be the difference, as Gordon’s comes across as being quite high with his off the ball movement in the box which might be what holds Elanga back from performing at a similar level. The question is do we want someone with similar attributes to Gordon down the right or do we need a more technical player? It wouldn’t bother me that Man Utd thought him not good enough, in fact I like the idea of one of their youngsters coming here and fulfilling their potential, same goes for Madueke and Chelsea.

I don’t recall Disasi being that bad from the games I watched him last season, not that he particularly stood out in those games either by the way, he just went about his job. There does seem to be an overly negative reaction with Chelsea players on here when we are linked with them, so it is hard to gauge genuine criticism of the player on ability or being part of the Chelsea machine which does come across as a shambles. I would say this one could be a possibility, he was linked with us last summer and also the Mitchell link so he will know him personally.
-
We were linked with Disasi before he signed for Chelsea.

We need a CB and a RW, if we only get one then questions should be asked about how we have failed to sufficiently support the manager in upgrading the starting eleven. People arguing about how hard it is to find a suitable upgrade on players, whilst simultaneously claiming that the current players are so shit that it is impossible to find a buyer for them. I mean, fucking hell.

I would rather have Chalobah than Gomez.

11 days left before the transfer window slams shut.
-
He is the replacement, presuming Palace will be more reluctant sellers if they can’t get someone in.
-
I watched it. Is there a number of episodes?

Bournemouth are a good side and will look to target us down their right if we play with both Burn and Hall, they play intelligent long balls in to the area behind the fullbacks for their wide player to run on to. I wouldn’t be surprised if we go with wingbacks for this one.

Nobody should care about Mike Ashley. It is the here and now we should care about, and if we have serious aspirations of being a Champions League level club we need better players through the door.
-
Huijsen looks really good for his age, plenty of room for development. A good signing for Bournemouth.
-
I thought Sterling was decent for the first half of last season, there was talk about him being difficult to leave out of the England squad at one point. He will be a decent loan signing for someone.
-
We didn’t get going at all today and looked second best before Schar went off. I thought we defended well with 10 men but it helped that Southampton didn’t have much variation to their attack, the worry was that we could not retain possession for any period of play to take pressure off ourselves, we were booting it down field and inviting wave after wave of attack which a better team would have punished us for. Still, 3 points from a tricky start so on to the next one.
-
It was a difficult game to come in to as we were up against it but he wasn’t very good when he was on, he hardly touched the ball and didn’t put a great deal of effort in when closing down in the final 20 minutes, compared to Joelinton, Bruno and Longstaff.
-
In the run in the season before last and the balance was all wrong.
-
Comfortable 3-0 victory.
-
You can’t blame Palace for expecting the add ons to be achievable to be fair.
-
Is that how the clause works? I didn’t know if it would be this summer only or not.

I’m sure Gallagher doesn’t look at either Joelinton or Tonali and think to himself that he has no chance of getting in the team in front of them.
