I’ve turned it off now. Four sky channels and all they are banging on about is Klopp leaving on every one. I get it, he’s going. You’ve told us every week since he announced it months and months ago. Bored of hearing about it!

This, 100%. I get it’s been a tough season, but people need to have a memory longer than the take over. Remember the absolute fucking slogs that were every season under the fat cockney wanker? Remember the pain of two relegations as our club was slowly being ground down? Remember Steve “How’s the bacon” Bruce and his utter lack of talent, skill or direction? Remember bare minimum signings and having to make do with lower half survival year after year? So yeah, it’s been a hard watch at times this season, but I would take another ten years of this over having to have suffered one more pre takeover. Europa League or Conference next season still lets us raise profile and stay attractive to the calibre of players we want to attract. Personally I’m also over the moon with the free signings - adds depth where we need it without huge FFP impacts. Strengthens the squad again, building year on year.

All the noise from Manure fans about not having their best players fit to play… Onana, Hojlund, Mount, Antony and Casemiro is close to £250m worth of signings in the last two years. Being made to look League One by Palace tonight!

Granted I haven’t watched a huge amount of manure games this season, but what is the fuss about Mainoo? I haven’t seen anything to make me think he’s as special as the media made him out to be. Happy to be corrected btw, I just can’t see it myself.

Been a while since I’ve seen a team look so deflated and lacking leadership like this Spurs squad. If it was any other team than LiVARpool battering them I’d be enjoying this game!

Nothing can change now for Liverpool unless Arsenal and City lose every remaining game. Best we can hope for is Salah gets subbed off, has another tantrum and leaves in the summer. Spurs get battered here, Romero gets a red, Son gets an injury and then they lose one of the next two games. We win all three and nick 5th off them by one point.

Fingers crossed UEFA fuck them over with a group of death and some shit refereeing for daring to break into the cartel. They’ll get turned over week after week because everyone has worked out Emeryball, and finish mid table next season.

Start of the season I said I’d be happy with 6th-7th because of CL, and the fact that we wouldn’t have the squad to compete across four competitions. Then we lose Tonali and 1300 days through injuries. To still be 6th and potentially able to get 5th after this injury battered season is a phenomenal achievement in my eyes.

Love Cal to bits, but if he stays he needs to be third choice behind Isak and a summer signing rotation/back up. Looking at his body language and listening to him, he’s not happy at all. Looks like a man fighting some demons to me. If he wants to go, let him go. He could still do a great job for a mid/lower table side and get goals galore. If he wants to stay, let him stay but don’t rely on him to play 40 games, it’s not going to happen. That said, if he goes, does Eddie give Isak get the 9 shirt?

This is the sort of game crying out for Gordon and Miggy on the wings and Isak up top pressing all game. Burnley have been battered all season when they play out from the back but keep doing it. High press, high intensity and Isak could have a hat trick by half time. J7 would be great addition to have back with no Schar, but would rather have him get thirty and be fully fit for United away instead - that’s a must win if we want Europa League.

If there’s a team to play right now, it’s Man Utd. By the time we play them, they’ll have played: Burnley home (maybe scrape a win, but this is the same weekend we play Sheffield Utd, so we must bounce back) Palace away (and if they’d played them tonight would have lost as badly as we did) Arsenal home (Get the record books ready…) Ten Haag will be out the door, other than rat Fernandes and McGuire not one of them cares. 2-1 win for us all day long.

Watching them against Coventry and tonight? Hell yeah. If we want it, that match is a walk over for the toon.

Don’t forget we still have United to play. That game defines 6th, so if we’re up for it like we were last time we beat them at OT, our goal difference gets us Europe.

West Ham game forgotten now is it? We ran into a Palace team that are absolutely on fire tonight, and we looked shell shocked. This was always going to be the toughest test we had left, from here on out it’s got to be three points every week.

Weirdly while I was watching the game I was convinced the VAR official had to be a fan of someone down there. I’d assumed Everton, but Luton also makes sense. Forest losing certainly helps out that officials team…
