Can you trust our recruitment to properly replace them. The problem is if Bruno keeps playing poorly it will start to get noticed by other teams and he will be sold for nout. Which player would actually make that much of a profit if we keep playing poorly. Unless we sell Miley.

My question is when are the premier league going to do anything regarding the huge amount of debt clubs have. Any rule that affects the cartel in a negative way seem to never have a chance of getting through.

It was an amazing win but psg had started the seasin badly. I had a kuttke hope that we couldve won that game as they had already lost in ligue 1 that season. Bayern hadn't lost a group stage match since 2017. There record in the UCL is just better in general than PSG. Both equally great achievements. 10-15 points ahead is a bit extreme unless you think we will have another injury crisis. Also didn't Jacob Ramsey go off injured during their match...

They may not be be happy but the reality is there's only 2/3 teams rn that you can guarantee that you aren't going to finish 7/8. Only city have consistently been in the top 4 for the past 10 years. It's even more difficult now that we pretty much have 8 teams who can realistically can get UCL. Which means 7/8 finishes are now going to be likely as we can't yet do man city level of spending.

We need some sort of europe as the club need to properly learn how to juggle the league and European football. If we can't do it with the ECL than we have no chance doing it with the UCL.

Gutted tbh. We can’t buy another centre back (not a decent one anyway) due to PSR/FFP. it will most likely have to be a loan. Next summer will have to be big yet we can’t spend because of the restrictions. So I guess another midtable battle for 7th or 8th.

True about Diaby but I can imagine he will be better next season like a lot of Bundesliga transfers. I think Barnes will too nest season however considering Leicester were relegated we paid too much.

Its not the personal that the problem it’s the amount we are spending on our players.

Whatever happens I do hope that the we can be better at the scouting. Yes FFP has been annoying but our scouting and negotiating has not been good at all. Apart from Bruno a lot of the players aren’t now worth much more than we brought them for. A big concern was the Harvey Barnes transfer. Why did we pay €44mil for him when Spurs got Maddison for around the same amount. We are talking about buying from a team that has just been relegated and needed to sell player due to ffp and somehow we still overspent. Some of the recent deals have been questionable and need to be better. Brighton consistently seem to find hidden gems. West Ham brought kudus (who is younger than Barnes) and paqueta from 40m. I would say both are worth a lot more than that now. When you look at Aston Villa Ollie Watkins cost then 34m! Douglas Luiz cost them 16m! why can’t we negotiate well and also find players that aren’t going to mess us up when it comes to ffp. It’s all now added up and now we are unable to spend without selling assets which will now most likely be Bruno.
