I really like him too. No doubt he needs some work (like Ekitike and Sesko) but I back Eddie to get him sorted and by all accounts Jackson puts a lot of hard work in off the field and isn't workshy. Statistically the best transititional striker in the league, has some of the best positional intelligence of any attacker the last two seasons and puts in a huge defensive shift. He was absolutely class in the first half of last season when Chelsea were playing largely on the transition. When they shifted to whatever Marescaball is he tailed off a bit. Paired with another more traditional striker I think he'd be class for us. Only hang up for me would be the price. Chelsea were quoting £80m. If we could get that down by about £20m I'd be pleased.
