Proper win-win if ever I've seen one

Loan is nee good like unless there's an obligation to buy
-
Paul Mitchell's edging Mags
-
Also plays at Olympiakos who are owned by the bloke who owns Forest, who I think we've found relatively straightforward to deal with since the takeover. Bodes well if we are actually in for him.
-
Aye, just looked him up and saw a few people saying he's tier 1 for Argentinian players.
-
State of play on this so far is interesting: - Confirmed by Ornstein - Nothing at all from the big German journalists like Plettenberg who usually report on everything - Only ones to pour cold water on it so far are Bailey and some bloke who works for Transfermarkt I don't know if this is good or bad
-
Tbh that is believable but I don't know if we'd have bothered entering talks if that was the case.
-
Fair point. Let's hope they call our bluff
-
I really hope we go for Tapsoba and aren't just doing this to pressure Palace on Guehi, especially if Tapsoba is available for less.
-
Don't know how reliable kicker.de is but was having a read around and they wrote this yesterday about Tapsoba: "The transfer fee proposed by the Saudi Arabian clubs for Tapsoba (25, contract until 2028) would have to be well over the 50 million euro mark to have even a rudimentary chance of success. Tapsoba's fixed transfer fee is a whopping 95 million euros. "If Bayer were to accept an offer of more than 50 million euros, the transfer balance so far this summer, which is at a minus of around 27 million euros, would suddenly become positive." Saudi clubs here refers to clubs in Saudi who were apparently interested. But 50m EUR minimum seems like a fair starting point for him.

Ornstein has done Romano again
-
I think it would probably be what we were offering for Guehi. Interesting that Ornstein says we are "talking" to Leverkusen about it. Must mean we sense it's a deal within our range?
-
Tapsoba would be sexy
-
I reckon (and hope) it will be. Guehi interest only got leaked because of Palace - none of the local journos were mentioning him on our supposed lists of targets before then.

Sunderland, the world's most ethical football club, are about to sign a player from a Russian club. https://www.sunderlandecho.com/sport/football/sunderland-afc/sunderland-closing-on-in-shock-striker-transfer-breakthrough-4750075 "Sunderland are in advanced talks to sign French forward Wilson Isidor. The former Monaco youngster, 23, currently plays for Zenit St Petersburg after a productive spell at Lokomotiv Moscow earlier in his career. Zenit’s CEO has been quoted on Tuesday stating that the forward is headed for Wearside, and The Echo understands that this is accurate."

Aye, very low risk at that price and given his age and that he's already proven in the Champ we'd probably not have much trouble shifting him on if he didn't do well here.

Feels like a bargain

Was up all night watching Joelinton v. Southampton montages
