  1. Who knew the solution to our possession issues was willock and Ramsey on the wings
  2. It's crazy how often some of our players lose the ball. Is any other team in the league as sloppy in possession
  3. I was still finishing that sentence for liveamentos ball when woltermade was chipping Pickford
  4. I was still finishing that sentence for liveamentos ball when woltermade was chipping Pickford
  5. Have we ever seen Miley - Tonali - guimares in the league before. If we want a midfield that can actually pass the ball it's the only way
  6. It's starting to look that way
  7. Think Amorim resigns after the weekend even if he's not fired. Basically saying the players are trying to get him sacked
  8. Both of those things were absolutely bizarre. Given the rest of the squad I could understand not being in the 5 in his first game, but 9th? Amorim didn't get involved in the pre-pens discussion either it was one of his assistants
  9. Good work agents Cunha and mbuemo
  10. There's no way he plays any player 2 days after signing. Thiaw won't be starting and wissa wouldn't either, even if he signed a week ago. Most managers don't throw people in that early and Howe seems even more cautious than most.

    Joelinton

Agreed and if we don't sign two strikers or play 4231 I can see him playing there a lot more often this season

We will have no psr issues this season after 2 seasons of near profit, champions league and after already bagging 30 mill in pure profit from Kelly and longstaff. If we need to sell next season we can do it then based on this season's performance. If anything we're in a use it or lose it situation given how little we've spent so far
  13. Been said before but we can't lose both our strikers to the afcon in January. Jackson and wissa isn't going to happen
  14. All the talk last season was that man United didn't have the right players for their formation, and they've gone and bought 3 forward players when they already had three strikers (including rashford), Fernandez, Amad and garnacho (and the rest) for those positions. They may have solved their goals issue but i still don't see how that squad suits a 3-4-3 formation
  15. There was an article in the bcc or somewhere which was saying their revenue in league one was equivalent to a mid sized championship club or something like that
  16. We won't have any psr issues this season after two seasons of what will probably be profit or there abouts. Even if we needed to do something like this, this is not the season to do it in. We have long term psr issues due to our revenue, and regularly selling players could be a way to mitigate that if we wind up in a similar situation to a couple of years ago, but there's no need in this window
  17. I think in those games having the option of using him on the left wing would be useful. He had a few really good games there 2 seasons ago

My issue with Chelsea's transfer policy is they're spending a crazy amount of money however, Palmer excluded, are they ending up with any world class players? For the money they're spending, they should be planning on winning the league, but I don't see them having the first xi to do that, because they seem intent on having 4 good players for every position rather than 2 great ones. The are spending top 2 money but buying top 6 players which fucks us because they end up competing in our market whereas really they should be buying players in the tier above.
  19. I'd rather just keep Wilson. Chelsea have a load of players they're going to need to shift. If we need to get some financial headroom I'd rather we enquired for a loan with an option to buy on someone like nkunku. They have a nonsensical transfer policy and often the players they sell do pretty well after.
  20. No right winger we can afford will have had as good a season as Murphy last season.
  21. Regardless of this our PSR situation probably isn't a problem this year. We've had 2 years where we should have made a profit or thereabouts, and anyone we sign this summer will be amortized. I imagine our issue is overspending this window will fuck us in the future like the first two years did last year, so I imagine we'll be comfortably within our PSR limit this year regardless of who we sign.
