Only one keeper on the bench. Worrying. -
For me, Liverpool. Get built up as some mystical being (both team and fans).
-
Just seen the Ekitike goal for the first time. A lot of peak Fernando Torres about it.
-
James Justin in talks with Leeds. Feel like Sunderland have spunked the most but Burnley & Leeds are slowly going about their business. Still think all 3 drop again though.

I see the argument for wanting to sit back and hit on the break, but no Martinez I want us to really be putting pressure on their reserve keeper and trying to make them play through him as much as possible. -
Bowen, Paqueta, Fullkrug, Wan-Bissaka, Walker-Peters. Sunderland could only dream to have half a team like that, and these will finish mid-table at best. I'd be surprised if West Ham don't win by 2 or more.

Honestly more worried about Burn & Schar against Watkins again. Was a horrible watch in this game last season. I think we can still score goals. -

I'd have thought Tino would be the number 1 full-back, Trippier will probably start ahead of Hall to begin with. -
Every player in that West Ham team would be the best player Sunderland have had for a decade at least. A few of them the best for # few generations (Bowen, Paqueta aren't world beaters but would comfortably be the best these have had in my life time).
-
£100k to £120k probably? Long as he doesn't expect a pay rise I think we'd match that.
-
They'll be hoping 1 or 2 are huge hits they can try and double their money on. If they flop though, those players won't go back to Europe for the fees they cost even if they're relatively cheap for the PL.
-
Not a single Sunderland player would get in that Bournemouth team.
-
We can beat these like. Evanilson was barely involved and they still conceded twice.

Was about 30 seconds from being a masterstroke in the end. -

Didn't pick him but is that Kerkez losing a clean sheet bonus with coming off before 60 mins were up? -
Another one people didn't particularly want when he was linked from Barcelona loosely a couple of years ago?
-
Then we tell him he stays and we're not strengthening a rival unless we get the full amount we want.
-
If they'd consider £50m and he was up for it, I'd seriously float the idea of Isak for £100m in front of them just to be done with it. Ramos & Wissa in for Isak out of the league and be done with it.
-
Tomorrow's will be shit as well. All about Isak and the list of players we tried to sign. Just stay in our lane from now on, don't bother trying for them.
