Newcastle United vs. Liverpool: 25/08/25 @ 20:00 (Sky Sports)

Bournemouth scored 2 on Friday against them and the striker was involved in neither. We have the front 3 capable of a couple of goals like theirs. Liverpool are a bit vulnerable. We can get at them. -
Assuming we're not their only business venture together?

He'll be on £40k a week surely. Helluva expensive cheerleader like. Krafth and Murphy can cover as third choice RCB & LCB in an emergency. -

Seems I forgot to tick bench boost. Oh well. -
I was thinking originally was the delay on Eales leaving maybe to do with him wanting to stay on and see this through since he seemed a big part of it. Not so sure now.

Yeah, Wissa alternative for me.

I dunno, he's pretty trim mate. -
I think it'll be a Spurs-style backup when they had Kane, rather than a backup striker who'd just scored 1 in 2 last season. Was nice to dream but I thought that's what we'd get to replace Wilson in the first place.

Well I will. Actively enabled a fella to bleed everything out of the club. "One greedy bastard" is just so lazy. Imagine being one of the best in the world in your field, being able to double your wage for being able to do the same job and not being able to. I bet you'd be a bit pissed as well. He's been an absolute arsehole because he should be honouring his contract, training and playing, but it's hardly being greedy.

Needs to be absolutely rancid when they have the ball. Boos, whistles, the lot.

Poor Longstaff.

Gutted I may not get to witness O'Nien tackling the Premier League.
-
Think this season might be the start of his Wilson-style downward curve. 17 league goals guaranteed now.

I remember his debut as a sub v Blackpool. Didn't play long and didn't do anything particularly special, but you could just see with the way he moved and ran that he was going to be special. Then he had that first start at Everton and fuck.
