What is he on about. The guy is 23 and we are crying out for a new nr 9. Its the perfect step

True. But essentially, what we've done is work the shit out of ourselves to sign a striker or two, just to please Isak and Liverpool. Its like we were married to Isak and he cheated, and now we are the ones scrambling to find another house to live in while Liverpool moves in yeah im not very good at these analogies

Ur right. Now this will happen

It looks so weird. Kerkez needs to have a 4-5 yards head start and Elanga still runs past him with ease
-
Minteh was rubbish against Fulham tho.

Whats more important? To generate excitement or to make a safer investment? I get excitement, I really do. But those names excite you because of your projection of these players. Wissa doesnt excited people in the same way because we know what we are getting ( a proven, proper prem striker). But when the novelty effect is over then we will all want the sure thing

yea very much prefer that bloke el kabanos or whatever his name was

Clubs uses intermediaries, agents and other people to basically get a sense of what a player wants. Every club does this basically, or else you end up risking spending time and resources on someone who doesnt want to sign for you. Everton did this with Fofana recently and I believe this is what happened to the bin dippers when they tried signing Zubimendi last summer.

And then they'll send them out on loan for a really high monthly fee

How about a little bit of Andersson maybe
-
Be interesting to see if they make a profit of Carney and Lesley. Chelsea are really more in the business of buying and selling assets (young talents) than they are at actually playing the bloody game

Still thinks we are the best option for his career, even objectively speaking But yeah, some peoples memory (or history knowledge) is lacking a bit if you dont see the pull that man u still has, despite these past terrible years. Its a big club, and it will take many more years of mismanagement for that label to disappear

If I were to guess, it sounds like he has been in touch with several of his teammates during all of this. So I dont think its as easy as they all despise him as for a lot of footballers, this is just business as usual. Its a job for them and these things happen fairly often Id say, a lot more things behind the scenes than we know. Same with Eddie, who has been fairly supportive of Isak in the media. I think its mainly a thing for the fans and Isak.

You didnt even try, did ya?
