This is actually clarified in the article so it may be the headline writer not Gibson who's written that. Apparently Smith has committed 500 fouls since the Premier League was formed! Still though, can't nitpick too much when the article has lines such as this in it: "In an astonishing interview recently Smith, who bizarrely claimed he could become a second Ryan Giggs, insisted Newcastle have never told him he can go.
