What is the chances of there being a points deduction if all this is true ?

High one would hope.

PS I am on my prayer mat as I write this.

I'm guessing that means you'll be sitting somewhere else in Villa Park from now on then? ;)

Doubt it,the Birmingham board will just remind the FA of the 2 words, West and Ham.

West Ham are a London club, so I don't see how that relevant.

They wouldnt be abvle to use capital city bias here-the courts would crucify them.

I said at the time when West Ham were let off on the points deduction thing, that the FA had set themselves a dangerous precedent and completely nullified the threat of docking points. This Birmingham scenario could show that to be true. On the other hand, if they do deduct points, then all the remarks and talk of london bias will be confirmed as totally true. Either way the FA will have once again confirmed themselves as idiots and that they are run by incompetent morons.
