Being the optimist I am, woh ganna win the leeg man!

On paper we've probably got more chance of getting something at Le Arse than Utd but it never turns out that way really. I fancy us to get a point against Ronaldo and co for some reason. On the bright side, at least we're not the Mackems

Just wondering, if guests are not allowed to view the site, how would the Premierleague view it? Would they actually sign up to a forum to see whether they're abiding by certain rules when there's a million other forums out there?

They pay the Press Association to look after fixture lists, who in turn pay an internet enforcement company to go signing into places to check up on us.

That's not technically how it happens. Where did you get that info?

That was just me trying to put something more complicated into one line.

Or we could look at the positives.

Early on in the year they might be rusty, in all fairness it might be the best time to play them.

Apart from Manu have the best record in the league for opening day fixture.

Well at least its out of the way, only way is up really.

Yep but Reading got a point there last season on the opening day.

Gotta play them all at some stage, and in all fairness we should win our opening two home games, so a record of 2-0-2 with our two losses against Manure and Arsenal won't be too bad.

f***ing same game again on Boxing Day.

It is up to Newcastle United to make a huge public stand over this and pile accusations on the Premier League fixture compilers like Chelsea and Manchester United do. Otherwise we are just going to get the same again and again.

You won't get any support for any protest from Arsenal.  I think it's all but two opening season games since the Premier League was formed have been at home and half of those have been against teams who had just been promoted.  Their opening fixture was predictable to say the least.

Brilliant.

Better to get the top teams out of the way, and they are always off form at the start.

Cant ask for much more, away first game, boxing day and last game! class
