The Prophet
Taylor's gone RB, Beye on the wing and Jonas CM according to Century Surely it would be far easier to just push Coloccini into defensive midfield.
toonarmy
Guthrie got an injury in the first half to be fair. Guess there was no other option. hip injury seemingly.
Pilko
Tell me, have we lost with Geremi in starting the line-up this season? Sunderland?
Dr. TC
Just back in from town, sounds like we're playing very well. Anyone want to give me a gist of how the two goals came about? Whose impressed the most thus far? Everyone from the sounds of it. Jonas, NZogbia, Martins, Owen, Enrique and Beye especially. Aye. I'd pick out Geremi, Enrique, N'Zog and Jonas for special praise though. Owen's done fupp all except two perfect finishes - can't really complain about that
M4
Oh my. Joe with the fantasy subs again. Although this isn't too bad tbh, it works, I'm sure Beye can do a job against this lot as a midfielder.
Yorkie
Guthrie got an injury in the first half to be fair. Guess there was no other option. Dread to think what's happened to our shape, like...
Willow
Subs: Steve Harper, Claudio Cacapa, Xisco, David Edgar, Mark Viduka, Andy Carroll, Steven Taylor beye on the right could be nice
Yorkie
Taylor's gone RB, Beye on the wing and Jonas CM according to Century Surely it would be far easier to just push Coloccini into defensive midfield. Precisely. One positional change is better than three surely.
Skeletor
Could have put Cacapa in midfield. He was ok there in pre-season.

Dr. TC
I would have brought the duke on and pulled little Mickey back to Keegan's position. Understand the reluctance after two goals playing where he is though.

Big Geordie
Sounds like Stoke have come out and are gonna have a go. Need to weather the storm for the first 15, then see the game through. No dropping too deep please!
Guest Phil K
West Brom style start so far to the 2nd half. Worrying isn't it ? Either letting them come at us allowing for gaps, or just lost their way Take your choice. We need a third, quickly.
Yorkie
Can't understand the logic in all those switches tbh. He could have: / Brought Caçapa on in a straight swap. / Brought Taylor on and put Colo in midfield. / Brought Viduka on and go 4-3-3. / Done what he's done... Surely the above three would be better to putting several players in positions that are alien to em. Ah well, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. His subs this season have been spot on so far. KaKa
Think Joe has done the right thing. Don't want Taylor at CB against these big guys he would wilt under the presure as he typically does.

johnnypd
being pushed back a lot this half. the wingers were so important to how we played 1st half so dont think the sub did us any favours.
