It's more the management than the players themselves imo. Yes, they're professional footballers being paid shitloads, but time and time against we've seen that a good manager can make such a big difference it's practically unreal. Give this same side to someone like Sir Bobby or Keegan, and once the confidence is sorted out we'd see an entirely different team from the same group of players.
