Under Beardsley some players would actually look really bright but the team always looked a mess. Which probably doesn't help making the step up, as if you're useless tactically it won't matter if you're talented enough. He currently holds the UEFA Pro Licence along with U16's coach Liam Bramley. Not sure there is anyone else internally who is as qualified as those two.
