Andy Carroll Paul Dummett Steven Taylor Shola Ameobi (played through crippling hip injury) Would it be fair to say James Tavernier is our most successful active Academy product? Guest Posted January 8, 2021 Share Posted January 8, 2021 I know clubs take certain players from different regions (Carrick to West Ham for instance) and clubs might have scouts dotted about at grassroots level, but to be affiliated with clubs outside the area seems a bit off to me.
