Could you gentlemen expand? Everything. Awful touch, awful positioning, no desire. Hmm, is this not his first game back? Can' believe how many fans we had down there, papers are saying 4000 but we were talking to a steward who said we had over 5000.. Must have been about that, given we had the whole of the North Stand. He should be one of the fittest players in the squad, like Taylor he was away playing in the summer Euros so fitness shouldn't be a problem, he should be ahead of the most of the squad. Simple fact is that he's just a woefully inept footballer, like Dan b said awful touch, poor positioning and no desire and as well as all that as weak as piss. Actually to be fair to the lad his touch is probably one of the best parts of his game but its still not good enough in the speed, hustle and bustle of the English game. The oppositions defences will get better in the champ, ours wont. Hardly matters when you've scored seven does it? Well it does, hence what i wrote in the next line down ya see. Well your man Owen's team let slip a 2-0 lead against a Malaysia XI today, so I guess they should be embarrassed too. Alternatively it doesn't matter a jot because it's pre-season and all about fitness and confidence. We've a squad full of crap players, have no manager and we just won 7-2 and you're still moaning.
