THere is absolutely nothing 'transitional' about Milan's squad.

Thiago Silva, Flamini, Pato, Onyewu, Klass and the new coach Leonardo may argue that point with you Sir.

So when was the last time Inter won the title before they were handed one in 2006?

Nineteen-fucking-eighty-eight. 18 years. Small, shit club.

Juve's building a nice squad, give Milan a couple of years and Inter will be back in their normal position challenging for shit.

Calciopoli certainly did give Inter the boost they needed... no doubt about it.

But they now have a young, talented team and a great coach in Mourinho. It's going to be difficult for anyone to catch them over the next couple of season even if they don't spend another penny.

Not only did the Calciopoli give Inter a points advantage over all their rivals (Fior, Milan, Lazio) and of course setting Juve back at least two seasons, it also gave them all the players who have been key to their success since (Ibra being the most obvious). Talk about not earning your victories.

Inter haven't had to do much this half but it seems like they're not bothered. More concerned about keeping Milan at bay than attacking themselves.

They're also still playing far too narrow. They've barely created anything. They have the numbers advantage over Milan they need to stretch the play out wide to exploit the extra space.

They just got it out wide and created a goal scoring opportunity for Eto'o. More of the same and they'll get another couple of goals.

Seedorf, Ambrosini, Pirlo, Ronaldinho, Gattuso etc really defines the Milan team, so over the top.

In fairness, 3 or 4 of those would get into the Inter side.

yeah

Pirlo > Vieira

Ronaldinho > Motta

Seedorf > Muntari

Zanetti and Gattuso are about on par.
