The Dubai businessman has once again insisted he remains committed to completing his takeover of the Fratton Park club, according to the Emirates Business 24/7 website. Al Fahim stated that, as sole investor, he has the funds necessary to finish the deal. As well as winger Gutierrez, who was a target for former manager Harry Redknapp, he reiterated his desire to bring striker Amr Zaki to the club on a season-long loan. 'We are in negotiations with Amr Zaki to bring him in on a loan deal with a view to a permanent transfer,' he said.
