Hit Services on your Sky remote. 2. Select System Setup. 3. Select Add Channels. 4. Enter these options: 10.818, V, 22.0, 5/6. 5. Hit Find Channels. 6. Highlight BBC1 NE&C and hit the yellow button to store, then the select button to save. 7. Hit Services again. 8. Select Other Channels and it should be there for you to view. Or just press 975.
