Guest Haris Vuckic
I see it's taken 2 days for the "Mag at work" threads to re-appear. Slacking tbh The ''mag at work'' threads are classics like. ''They reckon there gonna beat us 18-0 and qualiify for the champiosn league jusst causee theyve signned leon best mana!! propa deluded!!1'' etc etc. They rally round the fictional rumour and play like children telling ghost stories. Revolution Number 9
ive only heard of him cos of football manager like and he wasnt great on that or if he isnt the same or his leg is weakened etc. ive hard all this shit before about loads of players newscastle have signed and it always goes tits up. i coudlnt care less if they signed the spain team, it would go tits up. the reason newcastle get them is because no other fucker is daft enought to take them on. This year's Leon Best. Seems a lot to pay for someone crocked on the basis of one good shot.Because that's what the club is clearly basing the signing on, nothing to do with his career pre-Newcastle or anything like. I've seen play two, one v Everton, where he was fantastic and one v Aston Villa where he was anonymous.I have to say I agree there like. He was proper anonymous in the Villa game. It's almost like he wasn't playing...

jdckelly
Didn't someone on RTG reckon that Danny Welbeck is miles better than Ben Arfa? i do remember them saying something like that when caulkin tweeted about this last week never mind the fact that welbeck isn't their player and if hes as good as they think fergie will want him back and thus they have no chance of getting him on a permanent also seem to recall them saying something about the french league being shit and so are players out of it until someone reminded that gyan played in france last season
Guest Roger Kint
Worst. ITK, Ever Without bothering to check has this no-mark we just signed got more Champions League games/goals(and probably more career medals) than their entire squad?
David Icke - Son of God
Didn't someone on RTG reckon that Danny Welbeck is miles better than Ben Arfa? Aye. Now he's signed properly he's worse than Zenden.

Neil
"Hopefully he becomes an overpaid crock." Classy to a man. Well they're not exactly going to wish him well are they? Nothing wrong with wanting your arch rival's new signing to fail. From a quick glimpse at that thread, it's quite clear most of them realise he's a good player, but are rightly questioning how he'll recover from his serious injury. Dave
Mike Ashley is the world's tightest professional tight cunt. If there was even the slightest hint that Ben Arfa is crocked for good he'd run waddle a mile. Into the nearest casino/pie shop.

Guest Wearside
Didn't someone on RTG reckon that Danny Welbeck is miles better than Ben Arfa? I would rather have Welbeck than Ben Afra on the footage I have seen this season and I'm not having a pop at Arfa as I haven't seen a great deal of him to make an accurate assessment but Welbeck is going to be a top player. I've seen Ben Arfa twice when Newcastle have been on the box, once was a Sunday afternoon game and he got took off early in second half(can't remember who it was against) and in all honesty thought he was very average and the other game was Man City when he got injured so obviously can't judge him on that. So you can't judge your attendances or Andy Carroll on half a season, yet you can judge Ben Arfa on one half?! Hmmm...
