madras
If Leeds come up he`ll go there for a season, maybe two if they go back down, before retiring. why would any team coming into the prem want him, even if paying half his wages ?
Guest dover
If Leeds come up he`ll go there for a season, maybe two if they go back down, before retiring. why would any team coming into the prem want him, even if paying half his wages ? Because hes a cult hero at leeds. Sad but true. He would be a squad player ready to step in when they get relegated after a dismal premiership campaign. Just to be positive.. David28
If Smith only could try to play like Beckham and not only try to look like him... http://cache4.asset-cache.net/xc/89985956.jpg?v=1&c=NewsMaker&k=2&d=77BFBA49EF878921CC759DF4EBAC47D0C9CA6F1441B84C774391091B2C332D53DC129F460EE9E353

ponsaelius
Adebayor Rondon would be a good signing, should swoop if Malaga go down.
tomlkier
I think Adebayor is exactly the style of player we need, his hold up play yesterday was immense, imagine Ben Arfa and Ireland playing off him. He's also aerially dominant, without everyone playing route one football to him. Pity he's paid too much, his attitude stinks and he's too old. Perhaps if we could find a player in a similar mold, but younger and English .. oh. I've not seen much of Lukaku play, but his name has been thrown around a lot, and he's not half bad on FM. Does he have the same style of play? If so we'd be stupid not to be in for him, as we can offer him first team football from the off.
Guest Roger Kint
Lukaku has a £26m release clause. Not going to happen.
Colocho
Would suggest Bafetimbi Gomis, but I doubt he'd leave Lyon.
junkhead
Would suggest Bafetimbi Gomis, but I doubt he'd leave Lyon. Not the type of striker I'd want tbh..
taxfree
Would suggest Bafetimbi Gomis, but I doubt he'd leave Lyon. 12 goals (and 2 assists) in 37 games this season. Hardly prolific. Would definitely look elsewhere.

ponsaelius
Don't particularly rate Gomis that highly.
Colocho
He's a shadow of what he was capable of at St Etienne. If we were to sign a Gameiro-type striker Gomis could be a good partner, but in a 4-5-1/4-3-3 he gets lost.

Lush Vlad
Not sure Callejon would hack it over here, very skillful and direct and pretty quick, but is one of the worst divers I have seen. Either has the pain threshold of a 6 year old school girl or he's just a fecking cheat!
