Guest BooBoo
Torres in his last two games has been eclipsed completely by Carroll and Ebanks Blake, both of whom ran their socks off all game.
1878
I hope they do get O'Neill, the rich mans Allardyce.
wormy
Surprise surprise. Torres is a little sissyboy when things aren't going swimmingly.
Dokko
Wonder what kind of fee Torres would go for these days? Can't see it being more than £25m, and that's still paying for a lot of name not current ability
wormy
I hope they do get O'Neill, the rich mans Allardyce. I'm not a fan of O'Neill but I wouldn't go that far. O'Neill's a rung above BSA, but still won't take Liverpool back to where the self-righteous dicks feel they belong.
Mistle17
Hodgson simply looks bewildered, it's brilliant. Last nights game reminded me of when we lost at home to Sheff Utd 0-1 and there was hell on. Having said that, a Dalglish comeback would not be the answer. That's what I thought. The performance was so similar. That was an absolutely gut-wrenching night to be a Newcastle fan...
Robster
I hope they do get O'Neill, the rich mans Allardyce. O'Neill would give them some stability and credibility in the league - like he did with Villa.

I think we had back to back home games against Charlton and Sheff Utd and never scored a goal. Horrendous.

Robster
Would at least give them something genuine to whinge about for once. Definitely. Even now, they haven't got a clue what it's like to suffer as a football fan. EDIT : I say that from a pure footballing aspect. Obviously Heysel and Hillsborough has given them a huge amount of personal heartache.
