His time had come in the first team for starting but still felt he was a very good squad player to have around. Be interesting to see how he fairs for them. I posted something on his wall on Saturday about John Gwynne being extra shouty (we're both avid fans of his) and in his reply he mentioned the Jonas deal. One comment being, "Sounds about right, an attacking player that doesn't really attack. Who knows, doesn't really matter like. I love(d) Jonas but he's finished unless it's as a sub in a midfield 3 and even then I'd prefer to see youth promoted. He's definitely not going to make the WC squad. I would rather it be a permanent deal. If he comes back with a serious injury, we could be burdened with him for the remaining year.
