ponsaelius
Isn't Legear a right winger? Yep that's my point. We need a right winger, he's a right winger. Simples. We do? I'd say we need a versatile winger to provide competition. That's where my client comes in. I'd say we've got enough on the right in Joey and Wayne. Especially when you consider what we've got on the left (until Hatem is back). Routledge is shat. Winger that can play both sides and we're cush. Good player, would do well given a run of games. Not that I want him to play at the moment, as Joey is a fucking amazing right winger
Dokko
If were going for a midfielder then we need defensive mid cover more than anything else. Jonas is hit/miss/and miss some more but HBA could possibly play that role till the end of the season and gets his confidence back. Playing him in the middle will be tough going on him while Tiote & Nolan are 99% nailed on starters when fit. Barton out right (that looks likely for some time now until it stops working for some reason) Routledge cover, so that really only leave Tiote needing cover especially with our only other, erm, option I suppose, Smith being injured. I could see why Pardew may look at a proper attacking centre mid, someone who'll run through the middle as we don't have one, but really any midfield buy and it must be Tiote cover first. Would like to see cover at LB, RB not so much so with a couple of players able to fit in, but imagine losing Enrique for the rest of the season and playing Perch there? x Fast pacey striker is a given btw. Seriously annoyed we aren't even considering Barnsley's Robben . 500k ffs for exactly the kind of player we could do with.

Yorkie
No idea! No it's not buying for buying's sake man. Who do you suggest we spend our £3m on? What the hell? Of course it is! Spending potentially half of our budget on a fifth centre-back would be a massive fucking waste. Especially when Kadar needs game-time. I'd put the £3m, and most of the rest, towards the striker we desperately need.

Kaizero
Fuck all this talk about defenders. What about Clint Dempsey? He could play 2nd striker or either wing. I can't imagine he has a huge contract. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Clint-Dempsey-for-Newcastle/126916464008351 Don't tread on this!

Shak
I wouldn't be too thrilled with the idea of spending our limited funds on a 4th choice CB, but you have to figure if we bring him in that they think he has the potential to eventually force his way into the first team and be more than just a reserve. Ideally we'd get in a quality striker, but would rather spend the money on a CB with long term value to us than on a striker who we'll need to upgrade on in the summer. Still would like Keane on loan for the rest of the year if at all possible.

Ketsbaia
If we get Anthony Annan, we'd have a Tiote-Annan warzone! Then Nolan and Ben Arfa can do whatever they like going forward....

Tiote-Annan would be f***** up. We would be guaranteed 1 red card every game. Wouldn't need defenders though

Annan wants out and Rosenborg have put a £2m price tag on his head. Wish we'd swoop for him before he goes somewhere else tbh, don't see how we would though with Smith clogging up the system as our DM back-up.

Kaizero
Only one year left on his deal and Annan's said he won't sign a new one. Sevilla's been knocking about with £1m and £1.5m bids but Rosenborg are adamant they want £2m or they'd rather keep him for the last year of his deal.
