ponsaelius
Looking forward to it like. Really hope Argentina, Brazil and to a lesser extent Uruguay and Chile come firing. Not expecting much else from the other sides.
ponsaelius
Is Farfan in or out for Peru? Wiki says no but google search says he's a fitness doubt.
Disco
I'm gutted like, I'm on holiday for most of the group stages so won't be able to watch it. No idea who'll win it. Argentina should, being at home, with the attack at their disposal but their coach is poor at best while Brazil are in transition and don't have that spark you'd expect of a normal Seleção. Reckon Paraguay could be dark horses depending on their knockout games. --- Can't imagine there is too fixed a date Sewelly. Hopefully he is in, Peru need him. ponsaelius
It's a shame both Mexico and Costa Rica have sent naff squads. Mexico in particular from what I've seen in the Gold Cup, I'd have loved to see how they'd match up.
Disco
Can't see it but normally Costa Rica put in a decent show. Reckon Mexico would be in with an outside chance of doing SF if they sent a full squad but it can't expected with them coming from the Gold Cup which is a shame. ponsaelius
Can't imagine there is too fixed a date Sewelly. Hopefully he is in, Peru need him. They've lost Pizarro too. They've got fuck all in terms of quality so to have two of your only real weapons crocked is a sickener.

Village Idiot
9. Gonzalo Higuaín (Real Madrid) 10. Lionel Messi (Barcelona) 11. Carlos Tevez (Manchester City) 16. Sergio Agüero (Atlético de Madrid, Spain) 21. Ezequiel Lavezzi (Napoli, Italy) 22. Diego Milito (Internazionale) Their midfield is quite decent too, so just go 0-4-6 imho. Ginola
Argentina have so many options up front, but so few in defence it's unreal.
Village Idiot
Argentina have so many options up front, but so few in defence it's unreal. Milito is finished and Garay barely remembers the color of a football pitch, yet they make the squad. Figures.
