The video is on a certain well known site of Super Mac's debut :aww:

Hat trick and got knocked out looking for a fourth

Leazes end absolutely rocking on that video

Ryan Taylor looked class on his debut for us against WBA. Set up one Steven Taylor goal, too.

Overrall, R. Taylor looking that good (that time) probably just shows how much of a bad team we had that time.

Martins looked like a complete and utter heap of s**** on his debut. Laursen (I think?) and Mellberg completely took the p*ss out of him.

wasn't he carried off injured within 10-20 mins?

Aye, with a dead leg.

Guest BooBoo

Micky Quinn, Les Ferdinand, David Ginola, Duncan Ferguson, Jermaine Jenas, Jon Woodgate, David Rozenthal (!), Tim Krul, Ben Arfa, Tiote all stand out to me as having memorable debuts.

I know people like to slate Jenas but he made his debut at the SOL as a 19 year old in a Tyne wear derby and had a terrific game.

In JJ I thought we had signed a future England star the way he seemed so calm, cool and collected. He had a brilliant engine on him too.

He really was brilliant in that game. Totally bossed the midfield and showed maturity beyond his years. Thought we had a superstar in the making.
