Even in the Championship season we had a core of players who took it upon themselves to reorganise and galvanise the team to get us back up, now? we've got captain cowardice starting fights with team mates. If only because he would want to give a good account of himself while he's got the job, and also he would pick a side which would be solid through the middle.
