Exceptional signing for Dortmund.

No more proven in the PL than Gardner and Larsson, tbh.

Get the fuck out of here.

Sewelly loves the two most pointless strikers of all time Bendtner and Zlatan.

 :pow:

You too.

Can't imagine Craig Gardner scoring Champions League hattricks.

To be fair to Bendtner he actually scored one more goal than Craig Gardner last season...'exceptional'

You realise Bendtner was out injured most of last season?

Bendtner is a good player who's moving to one of the biggest clubs in Europe.

Bendtner 08/09

26 starts

14 goals

4 assists

Bendtner 09/10

19 starts

12 goals

6 assists

Bendtner 10/11

14 starts

10 goals

5 assists

Obviously he has made a fair amount of appearances as a sub, but including them massively distorts statistics. Those stats for a 23 year old playing at the top level, who has often played out of position by the manager + player's own admission and is in and out of the side are good.

Omitting substitute appearances for a substitute stirker is a far worse distortion of statistics.

Completely wrong. Most of those goals and assists would have occured during games inwhich he started. Including 20/30 minute substitue appearences as full games is more unfair.

He's a good player, basically. Can't believe people wouldn't have taken him here.

"Pointless" Zlatan 'More than a goal every 2 games' Ibrahimovic

Zlatan "8 straight titles in 3 different countries with 4 different clubs" Ibrahimovic.

 Didn't Juve cheat one of those titles, didn't he win with Inter who had no competition and didn't he win with Barcelona who had Messi, Xavi and Iniesta who are better than him.

Funny two of the teams he played with won the treble/double as soon as he left ;)

I prefer the comprehensive 16 (+8) method.

Soccernet has Bendtner with 9 goals & 6 assists from 18 starts last season. Though much of them in FAC/CC.

1 goal from his 18 sub appearances.

Id still have had him here easily, be interesting to see how he does.

You've included his Denmark appearances in that. The ones I posted are from Soccernet but with international games and assist discounted. That said his overall record for Denmark isn't bad.

Edit: Actually I added an international goal by accident.

Juve cheated. Not king Ibra. He just rolled in and won them some leagues, as he does.

 You know I'm playing with you. Ibra is a very good player if im honest. Just don't tell mattis i think that.
