Willow
Blanc is a cunt. Almost as big of a cunt as Didier Deschamps.
Dokko
If PSG are interested, I wonder why they have not made a move as yet - can't be because they want to save a bit on the wage bill by delaying the deal - unless of course discreet negotiations are already taking place. Blanc says that he "read" Spurs were interested so they might not be. However, I wonder who would blink first in negotiations between Ashley and Levy. If spuds sell bale for £90m Ashley won't budge a quid below £30m IMO, he may even want more
toptoon
I'd be surprised if he'll still be with us by September. PSG, Spurs possibly Monnaco and Man U that we know of. Would love to see our midfield and forwards line up: Tiote. Sissoko Marveaux HBA. Sinclair /Gouf Remy Just think Remys pace would really cause defences problems. Guess pards would be more of a 442 though: HBA. Tiote. Sissoko. Gouf/remy Remy/Gomis Cisse
Keith
Sell him for 22 and sign Jucilei and McCarthey. Easy. Jucilei was really good for Anzhi against us, would take him in a heartbeat but don't know how much he'd cost.

Stuy_O
As much as I'd welcome him he would cost lots. Honestly our lot would probably go for someone like Harry Kane.

Away Toon
People really need to stop putting up formations without Jonas in them. It's not going to happen, you are wasting yours and our time.
Ronaldo
I don't think it is. If Pardew's actually stupid enough to play Jonas from the start we'll continue to do poorly and he'll be sacked. Kinnear will then look at his stats (he's actually well aware of the player's stats, funnily enough) and tell him to fuck off.
Elliottman
People really need to stop putting up formations without Jonas in them. It's not going to happen, you are wasting yours and our time. Jonas won't play when everyone is fit.
O Neill
Logic would suggest he wouldn't. But logic is often in short supply around these parts.

Tiresias
Playing devils advocate here but arsenal used to play a 4-4-2 with two wingers who could cut in narrow like they will pretty effectively, of course the trouble will be the ease of that midfield to be overrun. The problem is the hoofball that comes with Pardew's attempts at 4-4-2 not innate in formation imo. I don't think it suits Cisse mind, which will sadly end in him being subbed off for shola nad hoofball happening to accomodate him

Tiresias
well I know, i just think it's pardew's fault not just 4-4-2 We'll play bad footy even if we're playing 3-4-1-2 trying to be juve or something
NUFC_Sam
Almost certain Pards will play that 4-4-2 but would have thought he would play Jonas on the left instead of Gouff. Pretty abysmal. I for one would like: Tiote/Anita Cabaye Sissoko HBA Cisse Remy in a 4-3-3 formation. If Pardew even thinks of playing Jonas in the starting XI or Sissoko on the wing I'll go f***ing ape s***. I can almost guarantee that Pardew will put out this formation against Manchester City: Cabaye Tiote Sissoko HBA Jonas Cisse
Mole_Toonfan
well I know, i just think it's pardew's fault not just 4-4-2 Agreed. City and Man Yoo have used a variation of the system and been successful it can clearly work.
The College Dropout
Wasn't much of a 4-4-2. It had a traditional #10 (and Kanu). 2 big strong lads in midfield who could pass very well. One was a top athlete too. We don't have any of the above.
