Could of chose a better goal to fit the tweet-Villa Stoke Everton Liverpool Man u all better

Probably just because of the timing and who we play on Sunday.

Only winning goal we’ve had away to Man Utd since 1972 as well.

Don't think I'll ever forget that game against Reading where Pards took him off and we lost

Remember it well. It was my 35th Birthday and the day before my son was born.  We were winning 1-0 (Cabaye) and then Reading equalised with about 20 mins left. Pardews response was to take Cabaye off and replace him with Bigirimana. Reading went and scored again almost immediately after the substitution and we lost 2-1. Don't think I've ever been so annoyed at the match. Had a fight with the bloke in front of me cos he was defending Pardew and I ended up getting kicked out by the stewards and had my season ticket confiscated.

In hindsight, probably should thank the guy.

It was all downhill from there.

Class player that gave you that extra quality on the ball. I knew how to manage him and get the best out of him.

What was the secret?

Ashley feared his methods because he didn't understand his methods.

Pards and Kebab. The best combo.

Back of the corner v man u when Cabaye brayed 'that' free kick in, one of my favourite atmospheres/experiences in St James'.  Place was rocking throughout that game.

Loved him while he was here, absolute bargain.

Remember being at Old Trafford when he scored the winner. Went with my old man (who is the reason i became a Newcastle fan) he'd seen us win there in 1973 and got a bit emotional when we won that day, he said he didn't think he would see us win there again in his lifetime. We we're in hospitality and both sat beaming with pride as the away end belted out don't sell cabaye long after the final whistle. One of the best memories from the dark years.

Happy Birthday sweet prince!!

He bagged a double at home to Stoke in a 3-0 win, but I remember his assist for Cisse's goal being threaded through the eye of the needle and inch perfect.
