Simpson is decent going forward yes, but lacking calmness and positioning. Also has a couple of absolute p*ss poor passes during a game. Raylor's not better at defending. Absolutely no way. Neither is great defenders. Simpson simply f***s up more imo. Simpson has been s**** of late but I don't think he's a bad defender. Decent anticipation and he covers well across the centre. When he wants to he's good in the tackle, too. Anyway, Simpson will play, since Santon obviously will take the LB spot. If Raylor is playing it's RM. Would rather play Obertan though.
