QBG Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 Sulejmani would be an interesting one, again we wouldn't be able to play this 4-4-2 nonsense - not that we should be doing so anyway - and I'm not sure where we would fit him in. If we played a 4-2-3-1 he could be quite effective in the hole and would take some of the attention away from HBA as some have said. Watched him when I went to watch Ajax last year and he's absolutely rapid. Raced onto a ball and tucked away a tidy finish to give them the lead. If we were to switch to a "Chelsea" style formation, selling Ba, and having Cisse up front alone, with Ben Arfa, Sulejmani and A N Other behind him with then two DMs it could work, but were does that leave Cabaye? Yorkie Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 I've been almost completely desensitised to any transfer rumours when you consider the ridiculous ratio of players linked:players signed; but i am looking forward to January, i wish it was sooner. Right now, the only thing i can see properly galvanising us is some signings. But if we're still lingering around the bottom three after Christmas, we'll hardly have much to choose from. Can't believe i'm saying this sort of shit. Can't believe there's an air of 'survival' about this season, after the position we were in in May. What a fucking stinker it has been so far.
