We were outclassed in the end but not before a good hour or so of going toe to toe with the probable league champions. Kompany was fucking unbelievable, and the fact that a £25m Barcelona midfielder was ultimately the one who made the difference tells you a lot. Watched in at a golf club (last time I dio that), was really proud of the noise coming from the crowd. The most disappointing thing about the match was that some utter c*nt decided to watch the match at th esame place I did. Every takle that went in he was shouting at the ref to send our lads off. We were out on our feet by that point, and there was a feeling of inevitability every time they came forward after scoring the first. Just felt disappointed that Cabaye let that ball go and that we ended up with 4 v 3 (or whatever it was) with Jonas playing CB. It was their last game at home this season and all they could come up with was booing and 'Where were you? When you were shit?' What was with all the booing anyway?
