Could be a bad sign if they think his career's over. Not doom-mongering, just saying.
Guest palnese
He failed to send off Perch as well. It was no way a red card offence. Loved the way Perch acted after it, total gentleman. No, but Perch was already on a yellow. Thought he got a yellow from that if you mean the Kone-kicking? Think that would've been his second booking. The second (that should have been) was that slide on the edge of the box.

Parky
We're considering taking legal action according to tomorrow's Telegraph. How does that work then? Just cause it's a football pitch doesn't mean it doesn't come under common law iirc.

Dave
In the Times too, so I assume we've put it out there. Possibly in retaliation to Whelan's comments.

Guest icemanblue
Somewhat cynical, but could we be holding off on confirming the nature of the injury until the FA charge the player?
Parky
If Ashley HAS decided to seriously go after Mc and Wigan then shit gonna get real and quick. Big money buys very keen lawyers. Good news.

Ashley17
Might have been posted before: http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/newcastleunited/id/723?&cc=5739 Good read It is a good read but if you think of the bone cruncher's Anita put in on Thursday and Cabaye on Dembele I'm not sure we should be looking for sympathy. Granted, it's ridiculous that neither Haidara or ben Arfa even got a free kick but in a way that makes it worse - the ref has called a foul and thinks it's only a yellow - the same punishment for kicking the ball away, time wasting, taking your shirt off etc.
