Play was along the deck for the most part. Defending was a shambles but how much of that do you want to put down to him and how much do you want to say it was botched assignments or panic by the players? Bruce stopped Ben Arfa and we had no plan B whereas Huddlestone had the freedom of St James Park for 90 mins. Pardew just didn't have the answers as usual.
